“Materials” are not scientific publications. The works posted here are either completed, revised or awaiting follow-up work and reviews. For some, there are no plans to develop them further in the coming years, and reviewers have concluded that despite their cognitive value they do not meet the requirements of a scientific publication. Nevertheless, like traditional paper records or files, they can be useful in research. They also include digitised material previously published in paper/traditional form.
