The Department of Historical Atlas presents you the geoportal “Maps with the past”. You will find there combined and calibrated sheets of the most important topographic maps of the 19th and 20th centuries. Among them are maps of the Military Geographical Institute, Polish maps from the 19th century (m.in. Karta Dawnej Polish Chrzanowski and Wrotnowski), Prussian and German maps (m.in. Messtichblätter and Karte des Deutschen Reiches), as well as Austrian maps. We encourage you to use it, also on mobile devices. We will gradually add new maps.
